Terms of Use
KwaFinance is private software made by its developer for personal use. It is not published, sold or distributed, and is used only by the developer and his family.
1. What KwaFinance is
KwaFinance is a private family budget app. It records spending from the owner’s bank SMS and statements and from the owner’s Wolt receipts in Gmail, lets the family plan a budget for each salary period, and shows where the money went. KwaFinance is not a bank, payment or financial-advice service and cannot make payments or move money.
2. Private software, not for distribution
KwaFinance is not a public product: it is not published in any store, offered for download, sold or distributed. It may be used only by the developer and his family, for personal, non-commercial purposes, and may not be passed on.
3. Your data and accounts
You decide which sources the app reads: SMS on your phone, statement files you open, your Gmail and your Google Drive. You can turn each of them off and revoke Google access at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services and of your bank is also subject to their own terms.
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Bank message and statement formats change, so figures may be incomplete or wrong; always check important numbers against your bank. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
