Connect several Google accounts and see their calendars together in day, week, month and agenda views.
Create and edit events
Create, move, resize, edit and delete events, answer invitations, add Google Meet — the changes are saved to your Google Calendar.
Reminders that work
Windows notifications before events, with “Join” and “Snooze” buttons, plus notices when someone moves a meeting or invites you.

A local copy of your calendars on your PC: the app opens immediately and keeps working without internet; edits are sent when you are back online.

No servers of ours
The app talks directly to Google. There is no Kwalendar account and no Kwalendar cloud.
How Kwalendar uses your Google data
- Kwalendar asks for
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendarto show your calendars and events, and to create, update, delete and respond to events when you do so in the app. It also usesopenid,emailandprofileto show which Google account is connected. - Calendar data is stored only on your computer, in a local database, so the calendar opens instantly and works offline. Sign-in tokens are kept in the Windows Credential Manager.
- Your data is never sent to the developer or to any third party, never sold, and never used for advertising or to train AI models.
- You can disconnect an account in the app at any time (this deletes its local copy) and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
